Two things to know about cleaning new-builds like this: the anthracite UPVC shows every water mark, so we have to dry-wipe frames where the standard deionised rinse would leave lines. And properties bought in the last 2–3 years still get "lime bloom" leaching out of the mortar — a chalky white residue on the bricks below the windows. It's not dirt and a bucket won't shift it; we use a low-strength acid wash that lifts it cleanly without etching the surrounding brick.

Usually within a few days. Most Beaulieu Park new-builds are handed over with builder's residue all over the glass and frames — we do a one-off deep clean (frames, sills, the lot) on the first visit, then put you on the round at a normal price after that.
That's lime bloom — minerals leaching out of fresh mortar. It's normal in the first 2–3 years on a new-build and won't come off with normal cleaning. We use a low-strength acid wash that lifts it without etching the brick. We'll quote for it after a quick look.
It's the dark colour showing every drying water mark — the cleaning method has to suit the frame. We dry-wipe anthracite UPVC after rinsing so the finish stays even. Most general window cleaners just rinse and leave; ours takes 30 extra seconds per window and the difference is night and day.
