Tap water is run through a filter that strips out the minerals. That filtered water (called "deionised water") is fed up a carbon-fibre pole with a brush head. The brush agitates the dirt, the deionised water rinses it off, and because there's nothing dissolved in the water it dries with no streaks or spots. No detergent, no chemicals.
Most of our customers go on a 4 or 6-weekly round — that's enough to keep them visibly clean year-round. If you've got young children, dogs that lean on the glass, or you live on a busy road, monthly works well. One-offs are no problem either, just slightly higher per visit.
No. As long as we can access the back garden, you don't need to be in. We text you the night before, work through the round, and send photos plus payment details when we leave. Most regular customers pay by bank transfer or standing order — no card, no cash, no hassle.
Sometimes yes, on a first clean only. Old detergent or polish trapped in the rubber seals can leech out for a visit or two. By the second clean the seals are clean and the glass dries perfectly every time. If you're not happy after a few visits we'll come back and re-do it free.
Clean rainwater on clean glass dries clear. It's only when rain hits dirt that you get spots. Honest test — check your neighbours' windows after the same rain. Theirs will be spotty, yours won't.
